Good evening dear friends.  I’m really late with my post for the charisma cardz challenge this week.  I completely forgot last night and then got side-tracked by boring home stuff after work.  This is the first time I’ve had a chance to sit at the computer!!  Anyway enough of my wittering and onto the theme of this week’s challenge.  We would like to see your “ice-cream colours” but to be eligible for our prize draw you must tell us your ice cream colours in your post.  Here is my card:

We have two sponsors this week, firstly we have DigiStamp Boutique and the lucky winner will receive 6 digi images of their choice.

Passion for promarkers #106–DT card

Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by my little ol’ blog this morning!  It’s Tuesday so that means it’s time for a brand new challenge over at passion for promarkers challenge and this week the lovely Emma has set the theme.  As some of you might know Emma is expecting a baby so her theme will come as no surprise – she wants to see “babies” this week.  The whole design team are eagerly awaiting the new arrival to our team so we really enjoyed making our cards this week.  Here is my card:

PFP challenge 106 - babies

PFP challenge 106 - babies (close up)

I have used a super cute image from DigiStamp Boutique called ‘baby Fynn’.  I made my card by using the largest of my go-kreate dies (I used the XXL square frame frilly #1) and folded it in half.  I then used the smaller sizes in the pack to do my matting and layering.  The image is cut out using nesties labels 1.  It’s the first time I’ve made this shape card, although I’ve seen them on other crafter’s blogs (Bev Rochester always uses these dies to fantastic effect) and I have to say I’m really pleased with the result.  I think it looks really sweet for a baby card.

We have a new sponsor this week In2Stamps and they are offering one lucky winner 2 stamps of their choice from their shop.

Cupcake craft challenge #148–DT card

Hello again, as promised I’m back with my card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge.  This week the lovely Louise has set the theme and she has chosen “cookin’ up a storm” so she wants to see anything cooking related i.e. cakes, chefs etc.  As the weather was so nice yesterday I decided to use a very apt image!  Here is my card:

CCC challenge 148 - cookin' up a storm (close up)

I have to admit that I have no idea where this image is from, so if anyone knows please leave me a comment so that I can give the proper credit for it.  Update – thanks to Dawn for letting me know that the image is from Just Inklined.   Sorry the pics are a little bit dodgy again but I always seem to be taking my pics late at night at the moment (it may have something to do with the fact that I’m so dis-organised and last minute lol!).

Our sponsor this week is baby bud designs and the lucky winner will receive 2 digi images of their choice.

Don’t forget we also have our ‘icing on the cupcake’ sponsor and for June that is Little Claire Designs and they are offering one lucky winner a 6x6 paper pad and 2 stamps.

Stamp with fun #117–DT card

Good morning dear friends.  Well it was a scorcher here yesterday and I dried lots of washing, which I know is really boring but I was very happy!!  As I’ve mentioned before I’m not a sunbather but I really love to go to work in the sunshine and not have to worry about a coat or an umbrella.  Let’s just hope it’s not too clammy though (can’t have it all though can we lol!).

Anyway I’m here this morning as it’s time for a brand new challenge over at stamp with fun challenge.  This week we have a colour theme for you to follow – “lilac and cream”.  Now I’m not really a cream person, much prefer white so I may have cheated a little and used more of an off-white than cream!  Here is my card:

SWF #117 - lilac & cream

SWF #117 - lilac & cream (close up)

I have used a super cute image from DigiStamp Boutique called ‘Molly Spencer’ and she is part of the ‘Spencer Family’ collection which is one of the offers of the month for June.  You get 4 family images plus a bonus of 4 doodle images too – definitely fantastic value for money.  You have to be quick though as there are only a few more days left to grab this set at such an amazing price of just £2.99.  The papers are first edition from the ‘daydream’ paper pad which is available at Crafty Emma’s store.

The rest of the design team have created amazing samples once again this week, so please pop over and check them out.  We really appreciate all the lovely comments you leave for us.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

A gem of a challenge – sketch

The crafty pad challenge – bold & bright or soft pastels (I’ve gone for soft pastels)

Dream valley challenge – ribbons

Paper sundaes challenge – choose 2 from: purple, gems, wings, paper piecing (I’ve used purple, gems and wings)

Everybody art challenge – anything goes

I love promarkers challenge – anything goes (3rd entry)

Scrapbook sisters challenge – anything goes

Stampavie and more challenge – butterflies

4 crafty chicks challenge – clean and simple (no more than 2 layers)

Rainbow lady’s challenge – use a digi

Simply create challenge – things with wings (my punched butterflies)

Stampin’ for the weekend challenge – my favourite things (promarkers, DSB images, gems)

Mark’s finest papers challenge – make it sparkle (gems on butterflies)

Ok, so that’s it from me for now, but I’ll be back in a little while with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge.  I really do appreciate all the comments you leave for me and I’m sorry that I cannot always return them.  I am trying to manage my time a little better and hopefully this week I can be a little more organised with my visits – fingers crossed.  Thanks so much for stopping by.

Winter wonderland challenge–DT card

Good morning everyone, thank goodness it’s Friday!!  Well I wish the weather would make up it’s mind, one minute it’s gorgeous sunshine and blue skies, the next it’s grey skies and pouring with rain.  I got drenched walking from work to the car park yesterday but at least they are promising a mini heat wave this weekend so that will make a nice change!  It will be nice to catch up with my mountain of washing, boring I know but I’m not a sunbathing type of person, but I think everyone is much happier when the sun is shining.

Anyway onto the reason for your visit – to see a card lol!  Over at the winter wonderland challenge we have a brand new challenge and it’s my turn to choose the theme.  Obviously it has to be a Christmas card but I want to see all your “pretty in pink” creations.  I would like it to be predominantly pink but I don’t mind a hint of other colours.  Here is my card:

WW #11 - pretty in pink

WW #11 - pretty in pink (close up)

I have used a gorgeous image from pollycraft called ‘cherry kisses – warm Christmas’ and coloured it with my promarkers.  The papers are dovecraft from the ‘Christmas fancy’ paper pack.  I think I went a bit overboard with the gems but they do look very sparkly and pretty IRL.

Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp and the lucky winner will receive a $15.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

As I mentioned our sponsor this week is Robyn’s Fetish and the lucky winner will receive 5 digital stamps or 4 digital stamps and 1 digital paper set of their choice.

Passion for promarkers #105–DT card

Good morning dear friends.  I had a lovely day out with my mother yesterday and after a quick stop at the hospital it was into Cardiff for a full day of shopping.  We had a great time chatting and laughing and it was fantastic to spend the entire day with my mum, which I haven’t done for such a long time.  Even the weather was behaving until about 10 minutes before we were due to leave, which was brilliant.

Enough of my rambles and onto the real reason you are here!  Today we have a brand new challenge over at passion for promarkers challenge and the lovely Andie has set the theme and she has chosen “park life”.  We want to see all your images featuring things you can do in the park i.e. play on the swings, ride your bike etc.  Here is my card:
