Charisma Cardz #1 – blog hop

** Sorry this is going to be a long post so grab a cuppa and a biscuit and get comfy!! **

Good morning everyone, it’s a very exciting day for us at Charisma Cardz challenge as this week it’s our 2nd birthday and we’re celebrating with a blog hop!!  We would love it if you would enter a card into our challenge and then visit each of the design team and on your way collect a word from each of us which will make a phrase.  You should have come to my blog from Vee’s blog but if you think you’ve got lost on the way please start back at the beginning here.  Now I’m sure you’ve already got a hint at the word you need to find from my blog but I’ll tell you at the end of this post if you’re still not sure.  At the end of the hop you must email the phrase to charismachallenges@live.co.uk and one lucky winner will receive a mystery prize from The Stamp Shoppe.

This week's challenge theme is ‘birthdays & celebrations’ and if you add a number 2 you’ll get a second entry!!  However dozy head actually forgot this bit of the challenge on her card, as you will see lol!  Here is my card:

I actually made this for my great-aunt who celebrated her 99th birthday on Monday, such an achievement isn’t it.  She is remarkably well for her age and even lives alone without any care.  The only help she has is that my mother does her shopping for her and my father calls over most days for a chat!!  I would usually have personalised my card with her name and age properly but my printer decided to go on the fritz just when I needed it – typical!! 

As an extra bonus I am also offering some personal candy and will draw a winner from everyone who leaves a comment on this post.  Want to know what you can win?  I have a Simply Sassy image from Sugar Nellie called ‘Bella bunting’ up for grabs.  They are so adorable and a dream to colour.
