** This is my second post for today **
Please scroll down to see my stamp with fun DT card
The theme this week over at cupcake craft challenge has been chosen by the lovely Liza and it is ‘food and drink’. For my card I used a pretty digi image from DigiStamp Boutique called ‘birthday Poppy’ and coloured her with my promarkers. The gorgeous paper is BG from the nook & pantry paper pad and the plain card is SU chocolate chip. The decorative edge was cut with my MS simple scallop border punch and I added adhesive pearls for a bit of extra oomph! The ribbon is american crafts and IRL it does match the paper very well (it looks a bit gaudy in the pic) and the sentiment is from the elzybells ‘everyday greetings’ stamp set. The adhesive pearls are from Joanna Sheen.
We are sponsored this week by Cupcake Cards & Craft and the lucky winner will receive a voucher for £10.00 of digi products. I’ve just been over for a quick look and I’m very tempted lol!

The rest of the DT have created some gorgeous (and delicious) samples for you again this week. Please pop over and take a look if you get the chance.
My card also fits in with the following challenges:
Crafty cardmakers challenge – a feminine celebration
Creative card crew challenge – going dotty (ribbon)
Fab ‘n’ funky challenge – use something new (new image)
Pixie dust studio challenge – power of 3 (3 papers and 3 cupcakes on image)
Basic grey challenge – tutti frutti (I think the colours are very fruity)
Sketch Saturday challenge – sketch
Totally gorjuss challenge – ribbon
Paper jewels challenge – cute and girly
I hope you have fun with our challenge this week and look forward to seeing what delicious creations you come up with. Have a wonderful Monday (I know I will – no work *yay*). Thanks for stopping by.
By the way I’ve just noticed that my counter has gone over 40,000 hits – so look out for some candy very soon!!
Hello and welcome to a brand new week (don’t the weekends just go by too fast). For our brand new challenge over at stamp with fun challenge our theme is spring. For my card I used a glorious image by Mo Manning called ‘Mary tapping’ and she seems to be jumping for joy ‘cos spring has sprung. I coloured the image with promarkers and used the blender to bleach out some of the colour on her skirt. The papers are K & Co from the sparkly sweet paper pad and the plain card is SU. The sentiment was created on the pc and cut out with my SU circle punches. The yellow ribbon is dovecraft and the dotty ribbon is american crafts. The adhesive stones are from my stash and I paper pricked the corner of the image panel with my pokey tool. The butterfly was cut with my MS punch and the decorative edge was created with my fiskars threading water punch.
We are sponsored this week by Kreativart and the prize is this gorgeous K & Co paper pad.
The rest of the DT have created some stunning samples to inspire you so please pop over a take a look.
I am also entering my card into the following challenges:
The sweet stop challenge – sketch
Digital Tuesday challenge – scallops
Papertake challenge – buttons, bows, brads and bling (I’ve used bows and bling)
The Townscrapper challenge (formerly humble pie) – spring/warm weather
Stamp something challenge - something girly
By the cute and girly challenge – spring is in the air
Daring cardmakers challenge – aquamarine (hope my turquoise colour is acceptable – I’ll understand if it isn’t!)
Stamp, scrap & doodle Saturday challenge – open challenge
I hope you can call back later to see my cupcake craft challenge DT card. Monday is a busy posting day for me lol! Thanks for stopping by.
Wow I can’t believe we are on week 20 already over at passion for promarkers challenge. This week’s challenge has been set by yours truly and I have chosen the theme – any colours but you must follow a recipe – 3 shapes (not including your card base), 2 papers and 1 ribbon. For my card I used an image kindly sent to me by Gina and coloured it with the following promarkers:
Hair – cool grey 1-5
Dress, tights and hair clip – mint green and soft green
Skin – ivory, blush & pastel pink
White gel pen for highlights
The papers are all DCWV from the nana’s nursery (boy) stack. I used my rectangle nesties to cut out the image and the flowers were cut with my medium and small ek success retro flower punches. The sentiment is craftwork cards and I used my SU oval punches behind it. The ribbon is american crafts and the adhesive stones are BG.
Our sponsor this week is Letraset and the lucky winner will receive a 5 pack of promarkers. I hope you will enjoy using the recipe and look forward to visiting your blogs and seeing your gorgeous creations. Thanks for stopping by.
