A happy hello

I made this card for a challenge ages ago but didn't make it in time and forgot all about it. I stamped the apple from the tart & tangy set by stamping up 4 times using my marvy markers and punched them out with my marvy square scallop paper punch. The dp is from a paper pack by Joanna Sheen and the plain cs is from the papermill shop. The ribbon is from my stash and the sentiment is from a set of three by hero arts. I also pricked a tiny border alongside my sentiment with my pricking tool for added interest. As you can see in the photo I also decorated my envelope to match my card. Thanks for looking.

It's gone baby crazy!

All I seem to be making at the moment is baby cards, especially baby boy cards. I made this for a lady at work who has just had a baby boy (funnily enough). I stamped the hero arts onesie and coloured it with my pro-markers. The circle dp is from the glitter stack by DCWV and the gingham dp is by magenta. The plain cs is from the papermill shop. The buttons are by doodlebug and the sentiment is PSX. The adhesive gems are from QVC. Thanks for looking.

Thank you kitty

My mother asked me to make a thank you card to send to her friends (they sent her a gorgeous bunch of flowers after her operation). I coloured the lovely image sent to me by Tracy with my pro-markers and highlighted the flowers with a sakura glaze pen. I used dp by DCWV (from the wedding stack) and plain cs from the papermill shop. The ribbon is from my stash and the sentiment is part of a clear set by hero arts. Thanks for looking.

Look what I won!!

I was recently lucky enough to win Han's blog candy and look what lovely goodies I got. The dp is gorgeous and the ribbons are stunning. There are embellishments, blank cards, die cuts, stamped images and even a small stamp. I can't wait to use it. Thank you so much Han.

Welcome little one

I made this card for a friend who has just had a beautiful baby boy. I stamped the snag 'em giraffe image by imaginisce and coloured him with my pro-markers. I used my marvy scallop oval punch to punch him out and inked the edge with a cat's eye chalk ink pad. The gorgeous dp is also by imaginisce and matches the stamp. The plain cs is bazzill bling. Ribbon and buttons are from my stash and the sentiment is a rub-on by scrap-ease. I also decorated a gift pouch that I bought very cheaply from Tesco's with the same items, just in slightly different configuration. I thought it was a little different to just wrapping my gift. Sorry for the terrible photo but the holographic pattern on the pouch was really hard to photograph well. Thanks for looking.
