Passion for promarkers #52 – DT card

Morning everyone, it’s Tuesday so that means it’s time for a new challenge over at passion for promarkers challenge. Our theme this week has been chosen by Tracy and it is “fantasy/mythology”, so you can use all your fairy and dragon type images. Just remember to use your promarkers to be eligible for our prize.

I decided to go for a fairy image and here is my card:

Sorry for the ‘wonky’ picture my photography skills are on top form as usual!! Image was coloured with the following promarkers:

Flowers – lilac, amethyst and meadow green

Hello, I’m back again to share with you my DT card for cupcake craft challenge. This week we have a lovely theme from the super talented Shelly and she has chosen “blooming charming”, so we want to see flowers and charms on your projects this week. Here is my card:

Again the card size is A5 which makes a change from the usual 6 x 6 size and it means you can use a larger image. For the wow effect I coloured the flower with a sakura gelly roll pen and it looks gorgeous IRL, all shimmery and shiny :)

Stamp with fun #59 – DT card

It’s Monday morning so time for another challenge over at stamp with fun challenge.  Our challenge this week is a nice easy one for you “stripes”.  You can make anything as long as it has some stripes on it somewhere!!  Here is what I came up with:

I had to make a rugby themed card for an order I had so I decided to combine the two.  I have stripes on my paper and also on my little boys shirt – cool ‘eh!!  The finished card is A5 in size.

Look what I won!

I recently won blog candy from Jo (Dotty Pudding’s Place) and look at the gorgeous stamps, ribbon and flowers I received.  The stamps are from Wendy at Secret Crafter and they are soooo cute.  I’ve been really lazy and pinched Jo’s picture from her blog :)

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jo and hopefully I will get a chance to use them very soon.  

Baby boy card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good Sunday so far.  I’m sharing a card with you today that I made for a friend at work.  I love making baby cards and at the moment everyone seems to be having boys, which is a nice change.  Last year all I seemed to make was baby girl cards!

I used another DigiStamp Boutique image from the ‘simply baby collection’ and I paper-pieced the baby-gro and socks – aren’t they just adorable.

My son’s birthday card!

I know it’s been a week since my son’s 16th birthday but I wanted to share his card with you.  I also wanted to say a big thank you once again for all your suggestions and help with the drummer image.  He loved his card by the way so I was super pleased about that.  Here is what I made for him:

I decided to go with The Greeting Farm image as it was so funky!  The card is A5 in size. 

Now when I made the card I wasn’t aiming to fit any challenges but luckily for me it fits in with quite a few this week :)
