Passion for promarkers #103–DT card

** THIS IS MY 3RD POST FOR TODAY **

Please scroll down to see my earlier posts!

Good morning dear friends.  It’s Tuesday morning so that means a brand new challenge over at passion for promarkers challenge.  This week the lovely Anja has set the theme and she has chosen a colour challenge with a difference.  She wants us to use either ‘pink/brown’ or ‘blue/brown’.  I think I know what the majority of our entrants will go for and I am also a girlie girl and went for the pink option.  Don’t forget you must use your promarkers or aqua markers to be eligible for the prize draw.  Here is my card:

PFP challenge 103 - pink & brown or blue & brown

PFP challenge 103 - pink & brown or blue & brown (close up)

I have used a super cute digi by Heather Ellis from the pure innocence range – I have quite a few of these images but always seem to forget to use them!!  The papers, cardstock and rhinestones are all stampin’ up! available from Julie Kettlewell aka Julie’s Japes

Our sponsor this week is Joanna Sheen and the lucky winner will receive a £10.00 voucher to spend in her online store.

Cupcake craft challenge #126 – DT card

** THIS IS MY SECOND POST FOR TODAY **

Please scroll down to see my Stamp with Fun DT card!

Hello again friends, as promised I’m back with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge.  This week’s theme has been set by Donna and she has chosen ‘food for thought’, so we would like to see all your cards and projects featuring food!!  The DT were lucky enough to be given images by our sponsor this week and here is my card:

CCC challenge 126 - food for thought

CCC challenge 126 - food for thought (close up)

The image is by Heather Ellis and is from the ‘pure innocence’ range.  I coloured the image with my promarkers but don’t look too closely at her arm as I had a bit of an issue with the colours bleeding lol!  I don’t normally have any problems with the colours bleeding when I use SU whisper white card so it must have just been a one off.

As I mentioned our sponsor this week is Heather Ellis and the lucky winner will receive 3 digi images from her shop.  As you can see from my card Heather’s images are so sweet and there are lots to choose from.

I also want to mention that yesterday we launched our ‘What’s the challenge?  You decide’ competition where we are asking for your suggestions for challenge themes and the lucky winner, chosen at random, will win a guest designer spot for the week of their challenge.  Sounds like fun doesn’t it.  We have already had lots of interesting themes suggested.  You can check out the original post here to leave your suggestion.  The competition is open until 30th January 2011.

I can also enter my card into the following challenges:

Cupcake craft challenge #118 – DT card

** THIS IS MY SECOND POST FOR TODAY **

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE MY STAMP WITH FUN DT CARD

Hello again, I’m back with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge.  This week our theme has been set by the lovely Kathrin and she has chosen “light it up” i.e. she wants to see a candle somewhere on your project.  I did toy with the idea of decorating a real candle but then came across this really cute image from Heather Ellis and so decided to make an easel card instead.  Here is my card:

CCC challenge 119 - light it up

CCC challenge 119 - light it up (close up 2)

CCC challenge 119 - light it up (side view)

Sorry there are so many pics but easel cards are so difficult to photograph aren’t they (especially for me with my useless photography skills lol).  This is actually a dinky 4 x 4 card but it looks so cute IRL.

Our sponsor this week is the character cafe and one lucky winner will receive a $10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

We also have our monthly cupcake madness prize and it’s the last chance for November to be in with a chance to win the $9.00 voucher courtesy of some odd girl.  If you’ve entered two or more challenges this month you will be entered in the draw to win the voucher.
