Good morning dear friends and Happy Valentine’s Day. I hope you all get lots of lovely goodies from your loved ones today, although me and hubby have decided that we’ve been married too long for all that soppy stuff now and are just sending cards this year!! Of course that doesn’t mean I don’t love him any less, he is so wonderful to me and I’m lucky to have him. I had a quiet weekend as hubby went away with his friends to watch the rugby, so me and and the kids just chilled and watch TV and films (and I did a little crafting of course).
I’m here this morning to share with you my DT card for this week’s stamp with fun challenge. Our challenge this week is to use the gorgeous sketch provided by Andrea- Emmi41 and here is a picture of the sketch:
and here is my card:
The DT were lucky enough to be given images by our sponsor this week so I chose this super cute image called ‘flutterby’ and coloured it with my promarkers. I went a bit nuts with the pearls but I think they match the pearl brads so well. I added liquid pearls to her necklace as well lol!
Our sponsor this week is Paper Pretties and the lucky winner will receive a clear stamp set called ‘timeless love’.
The rest of the DT have created amazing cards for your inspiration once again this week, so please pop over to the challenge blog and check them out. We really appreciate the lovely comments you leave for us.
I would also like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Aly’s Sunday challenge – bling bling
OSAAT challenge – make it pretty
Whoopsi daisy challenge – free and easy
Delightful challenge – get punchy
Digi doodle challenge – nature (the butterfly and flowers on paper)
Phindy’s place challenge – spring is on it’s way
Mami doodles challenge – flower card (my paper and image is holding a flower)
Paper cutz challenge – ladybugs, bees or butterflies (butterfly on my image)
Secret crafter Saturday challenge – a stamped flower (on my image)
Wee memories challenge – live, laugh, love (the little girl is enjoying life to the full I think)
I’ll be back in a little while with my post for the cupcake craft challenge so until then have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by. A big hello to my two new followers *waves* (sorry my follower thing seems to be playing up and isn’t showing your names but nevertheless I am so grateful that you have decided to follow me).
