Good morning dear friends. I hope you are having a great week so far. It so helps having a shorter week doesn’t it – I wish I could work 4 days every week (or not at all lol!).
It’s time for a brand new challenge over at charisma cardz challenge and although it’s officially team Carly’s challenge I thought I would play along anyway!! The challenge is everyone favourite of “anything goes”, so we expect to see lots of gorgeous entries. Here is my card:
I was asked to make this card by a friend of my mother’s and it is A5 in size. I have used the fantastic ‘Paul texting’ image from Mo’s digital pencil and coloured it with my promarkers and flex markers. Every edge is distressed to within an inch of their lives, which I think really works for a boys card. I even decorated the inside but I stupidly forgot to take a picture d’oh!!
Our first sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp who are offering a $20 voucher (excl p&p) to one lucky winner and our second sponsor is Pink Cat Studio who are offering 5 digi stamps of the winner’s choice.
Team Carly have done a brilliant job as always (as well as a couple of Team Gem) so please pop over to the challenge blog and check them out. We really appreciate all the lovely comments you leave for us.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
The crafty pad challenge – distressing/tearing
A spoonfull of sugar challenge – party time
Creative card crew challenge – anything goes
I love promarkers challenge – anything goes
Cardmadfairy’s digi days challenge – buttons
Paper cutz challenge – wish upon a star
2 sisters challenge – boys and their toys
Challenge up your life challenge – something for men
Crazy 4 challenges challenge – male themed cards
I hope you can play along with our challenge and I look forward to seeing what you create. Before I go I would like to welcome my newest follower Daisyrand *waves hello* – welcome to my little corner of blogland, I hope you can visit me often. I’ll be back a little later with my DT card for this month’s Bee Crafty challenge. Until then have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by.
