Stamp with fun #114–DT card

Hello dear friends, I apologise for not scheduling my posts as I normally do on a Monday morning but I had some internet problems and thought it was probably best to leave it until today.  However best laid plans - I haven’t had a moment to sit down and get my posts done, so here I am at 11.50pm only now getting around to them lol!  Anyway enough of my waffling the new challenge over at stamp with fun challenge this week is a sketch by Andrea-Emmi41 and here it is:

SWF #114 sketch

and here is my card:

SWF #114 - sketch

SWF #114 - sketch (close up)

I have used a gorgeous image from sugar nellie stamps called ‘Bella bunting’ from the simply sassy range and the papers are first edition ‘summer breeze’.  I don’t think I did Andrea’s sketch justice as I really struggled to make it work.  It does look a little better IRL but it’s not my best work lol!

The rest of the design team have made amazing cards (and put my little card to shame), so please pop over to the challenge blog and check them out.  We really appreciate all the lovely comments you leave for us.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

Dream valley challenge – stamp something

Everybody art challenge – banners/flags

I love promarkers challenge – sparkly bling (my paper is glittery)

Oldie but a goodie challenge – lots of layers

Do you stack up? challenge – orange (hope my splash of orange is ok)

Fun with shapes and more challenge – sparkle (my glittery paper)

Mami doodles challenge – let’s party (she’s just about to hang the bunting)

Bunny Zoe’s challenge – lace

Addicted to stamps challenge – bingo (pearls, cute image, ribbon – hope my lace is ok)

I hope you will join in with our challenge this week and I look forward to visiting your blogs.  I’ll be back in a short while with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge but until then thanks for stopping by.
