Good morning, it’s Tuesday so that only means one thing – a new challenge over at passion for promarkers challenge. Our theme this week has been set by Sue and she has chosen ‘strawberries and cream’, which means you can either use images that include a strawberry or just use the colour scheme. Here is my card:
I forgot to write down the promarkers that I used but I’ll try and remember (forgive me if one or two are wrong lol):
Hat – baby pink, cocktail pink, red, berry red, powder blue, arctic blue and meadow green
Top – baby pink and cocktail pink
Trousers – powder blue and arctic blue
Shoes – caramel
Watering can – ice grey 1 and 2, red and berry red
Strawberries/grass – red, berry red, meadow green, apple, baby pink
Hair – tan and caramel
Skin – ivory, blush and pastel pink
Shading – ice grey 1
Our sponsor this week is Letraset and the lucky winner will receive a 5 pack of promarkers.
The rest of the design team have created such pretty samples this week, please pop over and take a peek, you won’t be disappointed.
I am also entering my card into the following challenges:
Rosie D’s challenge – so yummy
Crafts and me challenge – sparkle (stickles around the edge of my card)
Creative cottage challenge – food and/or drink
Fab ‘n’ funky challenge – show us your fancy edge
Lili of the valley challenge – here comes summer
Paper play challenge – stamp or digi image and bling
Crafty Ann’s challenge – anything goes
DU2DS challenge – anything goes
Fun with shapes and more challenge – pastel inks
Crafty calendar challenge – great outdoors
Crafty angels challenge – one for the girls
I hope you are enjoying your week so far. My father is still in hospital, and he is not happy about it lol! They want him to see another consultant before they will let him come home. Fingers crossed that it may be Wednesday but I’m not holding my breath!! He is so desperate to come home, but it is better to get him sorted before he comes home I suppose. Thanks for stopping by today.

this is stunning.could i ask where you got the image from please love strawberry shortcake used to have a little doll as a child lol xx
ReplyDeleteSo cute, love it! Your card really made me smile as myself and my hubby are currently engaged in what can only be called 'strawberry wars'. We have wild strawberries in our garden that self seed and can pop up anywhere. I am constantly delighted by this as wild strawberries look gorgeous on cakes and cheesecakes, and taste amazing. Hubby hates them as they mess up his carefully manicured flower beds! Long live wild strawberries that's what I say!!! Jo x
