The Greeting Farm CHA digi relay

This is my card for The Greeting Farm’s CHA digi relay.  Every day they are giving a free digi image to everyone but you have to make a card using the previous days free digi to get the next one.  This is a very quick post as the deadline for the first card is almost up!!  The first free digi is this super cute image called merman Ian and I coloured him with my promarkers.  The papers are DCWV from ‘the stack’ and the plain card is from the papermill shop.  I cut out the image with my oval nesties and I used my L’em branch punch to make it look like seaweed at the bottom of the sea.  I found these clear adhesive dots in my stash and I thought they looked a lot like bubbles so I dotted those around the image.  I added stickles to his tail and around his waist.  I used my MS scalloped border punch for the decorative edge.  I haven’t added a sentiment yet as I’m not sure who the lucky recipient will be.  Thanks for stopping by today.

  1. This is really cute, thanks for the tip about the freebie. I won't be able to make a card to qualify for the rest but I will definetely try this one out as I have used any TGF stamps yet.

  2. Gorgeous card!! I have been wondering how did you get the stickles on the digi without smearing? My markers do fine but stickles just make the image run.

i love the way you have created the underwater feel this card has. The "bubbles" definately work. Gorgeously coloured image.
