My son has just started year 10 and one of his choices was catering. This is his first attempt this year at cooking. He had to make chocolate fairy cakes (start them off simple). The tin looks a bit depleted as everyone was eating them so quickly. They were actually very nice, even though I only managed to grab one before they were all gone. On Tuesday he's trying his hand at scones. If they aren't a total disaster I pop a photo on for you to see. Again sorry for the bad photo but I couldn't get a good one due to the shine from the tin.
