Adding a signature

I've noticed a lot of blogs have fabulous signatures at the end of the posts, can anyone tell me how to add that to my blog? Thanks for looking.

    If you right click over anybodys signature,it opens up the website for you to create your own.If you get stuck email me & will guide you through it :o)x
