Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. I had a quiet one, apart from visiting my father and F-I-L and thankfully they both liked their cards lol! I’ll have to share them with you another time. I’m here this morning as it’s time for a brand new challenge over at stamp with fun challenge and this week we have a brilliant sketch by Tina46 to use. Here is the sketch:
and here is my card:
I have used a die cut image from Lili of the valley as I was short on time (they are great to have on stand-by) but I did add the green to the leaves, spots on her dress and stripes on her socks with my promarkers so that it would tie in with my papers. The papers are dovecraft ‘back to basics II’.
The rest of the design team have created amazing samples to inspire you once again this week, so please pop over to the challenge blog and check them out. We really appreciate all the lovely comments you leave for us.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
Flourishes timeless Tuesday challenge – use at least 1 circle and 1 square on your card
Tip Top Tuesday challenge – open challenge
Crafts and me challenge – bling it on (rhinestones)
Cute card Thursday challenge – birthstone colours (amethyst and citrine)
Do you stack up? challenge – use a star (on my papers – hope that’s ok?)
Hanna & friends challenge – in the garden
Southern girls challenge – anything goes
Sew many cards challenge – punch it
Stamp something challenge – pretty papers
Totally papercrafts challenge – die cuts and punches
Mark’s finest papers challenge – buttons
Aly’s Sunday challenge – all about kids
Whoopsi daisy challenge – pile on those flowers
I hope you will have time to join in with our challenge this week and I look forward to seeing what you create with Tina’s sketch. I would like to welcome my newest follower Jeanette *waves* – hello and thanks for following me, I hope you will visit me often! I’ll be back later with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge, so please call back in a little while. I’m taking my mother to a hospital appointment in Cardiff today and then we’re hitting the shops and grabbing some lunch, so it should be a great start to the week! Thanks for stopping by today.
