Happy Monday everyone, where did the weekend go? I hope you had a good one, even if it did whizz by. The kiddies are home from school for the Easter holidays so at least I will have a bit more time to myself in the mornings lol! I’m here this morning to share with you my DT card for this week’s stamp with fun challenge and this week we have a super easy theme for you of “happy birthday”. I’m sure we’ll have lots of gorgeous entries!! As luck would have it I needed a birthday card for my darling husband, whose birthday it is today (HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DARLING HEATH!) and this is the card I made him from the boys:
I have used a super cute image from wild rose studio called ‘cheers’ which I'm embarrassed to say I’ve had for ages and this is the first time I’ve inked it up!! This image is perfect for hubby as he likes a pint or two lol! I’ve kept the layout very simple as he’s not a card person (I know sacrilege but he’s always been the same).
The rest of the design team have created gorgeous samples once again so please pop over and check them out. We really appreciate all the lovely comments you leave for us.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:
I love promarkers challenge – sketch
Pile it on challenge – use a rubber or clear stamp (No digis)
Whoopsi daisy challenge – free and easy
Let’s craft and create challenge – all about the boy
Paper pretties challenge – 2 designer papers
Aud sentiments challenge – anything goes
Do you stack up? challenge – scallops (around my sentiment)
Bunny Zoe’s challenge – one for the boys
For fun challenge – at least 3 from pink, blue, purple, green and yellow (used blue, green & yellow)
I will be back later with my DT card for this week’s cupcake craft challenge, so please pop back and check it out. I’ve been a bad blogger lately and haven’t visited many of your blogs for ages but I promise that I am going to rectify that this week. I am so chuffed that so many of you still come to visit me regardless! Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
